Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all gym set components and tags are included to qualify for a full refund.

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized UK courier point.
